ABOUT US

Welcome to Dogstar American Bulldogs....

It consists of Chris & Ange Tree

and we are located in West Yorkshire, UK.

In 2004 we got our first American Bulldog from our

good friends at Churchill American Bulldogs.

Although she was brought as a pet we took her to a

couple of shows where she won best puppy,

and from then on 'we were hooked'!!

We then started to increase our numbers firstly with

 Dodge our male from Bluebloods American Bulldogs.

We feel very lucky to have him as he was

very sought after, and is a very handsome boy.

Next came Freya a good, sound, strong girl

with lots of drive & personality.

Then we imported Cleo from

Chestnuts American Bulldogs in Germany,

she has gone from strength to strength

becoming the first female American Bulldog to gain

ABNA Grand Champion status in the UK.

Our time is now taken up with

training our dogs in Schutzhund;

"tracking, obedience and protection",

and showing our dogs here in the UK and in Europe.

All our dogs come from a long line of

working and show champions

 and are proving themselves in both aspects.

We are not a large breeder all our dogs

being primarily our pets.

In selecting our breedings we are very careful with

temperament testing, health, & working ability.

our motto is "Quality Not Quantity".

All our dogs are hip and elbow certified, NCL tested and

 temperament tested with ABBA and CGC.

We aim to breed healthy and stable American Bulldogs,

 with great temps and a willingness to work.
